Studio Etiquette

Respect the Space: Keep the studio clean and tidy, dispose of trash properly, and return equipment to its designated place.


Use Equipment Responsibly: Only use equipment you're familiar with. If you need help, don’t hesitate to ask.


Stick to Your Schedule: Enter the studio at your scheduled time and ensure you leave when your booking ends.


Conduct: Treat everyone with respect. Keep noise levels reasonable to maintain a harmonious environment.

Acknowledgment of Responsibility and Risk

At Freedom Collective, your safety is our priority. By using our space, you accept all risks associated with your activities, including injury or property damage.

Freedom Collective is not liable for any loss, injury, death, or related costs, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Indemnification Agreement

You agree to protect and hold Freedom Collective, its management, members, and landlord harmless from any losses, liabilities, claims, or costs (including full legal fees) that may arise in connection with these terms and conditions.

ReSCHEDULING

We understand that plans can change. To reschedule, please contact us at hello@freedomcollective.co with at least 48 hours' notice before your scheduled session. A $20 administration fee will apply. 

Health & Conduct

We care about your well-being. Please ensure you're physically fit and capable of participating in your chosen activities. If you have any health concerns, we recommend consulting a medical professional beforehand. Remember, it's your responsibility to take the necessary safety measures—like using proper footwear, warming up, and following safe practices.

Please refrain from consuming alcohol or mind-altering substances before or during activities.

Care for studio property

We ask that you treat our studio with care. If you cause damage to our facilities, equipment, or property, you will be responsible for repair or replacement costs.

Recording Etiquette

To maintain a relaxed environment and protect everyone's privacy, please refrain from recording other users without their consent.

Collective Program

Collective Program members are responsible for maintaining professional conduct with one another (clients and instructors). 

Freedom Collective is not liable beyond facilitating introductions and recommending artists. While we strive to curate and update our collaborators, we are not responsible for the delivery of any services.

Cancellation

We do not allow cancellations, but we’re happy to help you reschedule your session with at least 48 hours' notice. Please note, a $20 admin fee will apply.

Cleaning & Hygiene

We ask that you maintain good personal hygiene while at Freedom Collective:

  • Wipe down equipment (e.g., yoga mats, blocks) with alcohol sprays and cloths after each use

  • Enter the space in dance footwear, socks, or bare feet only

  • Outside shoes are not allowed
